Refund Policy

Digital items are delivered in-game. Refunds are available only if delivery has not occurred, within 48–72 hours of purchase — contact us below.
When a refund is available
Refunds are only offered in cases where no delivery has occurred and the request is made within 48–72 hours of purchase.
No refunds will be issued once a delivery is complete.
We do not refund purchases for user error, in-game changes, policy violations, or account restrictions imposed externally.
How to request a refund
If your order qualifies (no delivery yet, within 48–72 hours), contact us and include your order email and Roblox username so we can locate the order:

We respond within 24–48 hours, excluding holidays.
Delivery & username errors
It is the user’s responsibility to ensure that the correct Roblox username is provided. Errors in usernames may lead to failed delivery. If a delivery fails, contact staff and we will work with you to resolve it.
Cryptocurrency payments
Cryptocurrency payments are final, non-refundable, and non-reversible. By using crypto, you accept the risks associated with blockchain-based transactions.
Chargebacks & disputes
Please contact us first — we want to make things right. Disputes raised via third-party payment processors (e.g., chargebacks) on completed deliveries are treated as fraudulent and will result in immediate service termination and account blacklisting.
