Items are delivered digitally in-game via our delivery system after checkout — typically within 24 hours. There is no physical shipping.

How delivery works

All items are digital and delivered in-game — there is no physical shipping. After checkout, our delivery system (mailbot) sends your item to your Roblox account inside Grow a Garden, typically within 24 hours.

  • Delivery is defined as the successful transfer of an asset using Roblox’s Grow a Garden in-game trade, gift, or drop systems.
  • Delivery typically occurs within 24 hours unless delayed by verification, platform outages, or moderation flags.
  • It is the user’s responsibility to ensure that the correct Roblox username is provided. Errors in usernames may lead to failed delivery with no refund, and it is the responsibility of the consumer to communicate with staff looking to resolve the issue.

No physical shipping

Because every item is a digital in-game good, nothing is mailed to a physical address. There are no shipping fees, carriers, or tracking numbers — delivery happens entirely within the game.
