Guilds are a core feature in Grow a Garden 2, allowing players to team up, progress together, climb the leaderboards, and earn exclusive rewards.
Overview
Guilds are groups managed through the NPC Gilbert. Guild owners can invite other players and expand their guild's member capacity by purchasing additional slots.
To invite a player to a guild, open the Guild page and navigate to the Invite tab. To accept or decline an invite, players must interact with the Mailbox. The maximum capacity for any guild is 50 members.
Guild member slots must be purchased one tier at a time. Pricing depends on the guild's current size:

Creation
Guilds can be created by interacting with the Guild Stand managed by Gilbert, located alongside the Sell Stand and the Props Shop in the center of the map. Creating a guild costs but can be joined for free if Invited.
The creation form requires the following fields:
{| class="wikitable"
! Field !! Rules
---
Name
-
Tag
-
Description
}
Upon creation, the founding player can also customize the guild's icon and select three distinct guild colors.
Roles & Management
Guilds feature three progressive roles, each with specific permissions:

! Role !! Limit !! Permissions
---
Owner
-
Elder
-
Member
}
Editing a Guild
Only the Owner can edit a guild's name, tag, description, colors, and icon. Changing the guild name triggers a mandatory 7-day cooldown before it can be altered again.
Leaving & Disbanding
Any Member or Elder can voluntarily leave a guild at any time. The Owner cannot leave the guild directly; instead, they must choose to disband it, which permanently deletes the guild and removes all members.
Guild Competition
Guilds face off in a weekly competition based on agricultural output. Points are calculated by the weight of harvested plants, awarded at a rate of 1 point per gram.
At the end of each weekly cycle, rewards are calculated by leaderboard placement and delivered directly to participants via the Mailbox.
